For over 20 years, Pilot Productions has been filming and curating literally 100s of TV hours of culinary destinations, chefs, food personalities, markets, seasonal harvests, and street food, to create its award-winning TV shows: Planet Food and World Café.

More than just a an inspirational recipe book of world cuisine, Planet Food Recipes of The World is packed with sizzling recipes, dazzling dishes, iconic imagery, and top tips from local chefs. A fusion of travel TV and world cuisine. Produced by Pilot Productions, it  explores the food cultures of some of the world’s most delicious destinations.

Pilot Productions' film crews have been travelling the world almost non-stop since the early 1990s, filming hundreds and thousands of TV hours of faces, places, rituals and events to create the world’s most watched travel programme: Globe Trekker.

The Globe Trekker Year Book is an inspirational month-by-month destination guide to the planet, it's packed with travellers' tales, iconic imagery, mind-blowing festivals, and top tips from Globe Trekker TV presenters.
